Florida Villa Tour
The villa is fully air conditioned and alarmed and we have furnished the Villa to the highest standards in Florida colours.

Below you'll find descriptions of all the rooms including photographs so you can judge the quality.

At the bottom of the page is a floor plan so you can work out where all the rooms are and imagine what it would be like staying in our luxury Florida villa.

Lounge/Dining Room
Two comfortable sofas, dining table and seating. CD radio, Cable TV and a Video Recorder. The Patio door has a child safety alarm.

The Master Bedroom
This has a King Size bed (6ft), ample storage space, a television, clock radio and a bedside phone. There is an En-suite bathroom with a double size shower ands toilet, wash basin and a walk in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2
This has a Queen Size bed (5ft), Television, ample wardrobe and drawer space.

Bedroom 3
This is the character room. It has twin beds (3ft) and ample wardrobe and drawer space.

Small children are catered for i.e. travel cot and high chair. 

Bathroom 2
This centrally located, with a bath and shower, vanity unit, toilet and linen cupboard. All bed linen, towels and two hair driers are supplied.

Kitchen/Breakfast Room
This is fully equipped and includes all the facilities that you would expect for a self catering home, such as a large electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, waste disposal, iron and ironing board etc. Plus there is a complete supply of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Garage
The washing machine and dryer as situated in the garage which has a door from the kitchen for easy access. There is a barbecue in the garage which can be taken out and used by the pool area.

Recreation Area
For your enjoyment a recreation area with an additional pool, cabana, tennis court and children's playground is available for your use. Tennis rackets and balls are kept in the home with the key.

Pool/Jacuzzi
The pool faces south west and overlooks a conservation area. It is fully screened and can be floodlit. There is also optional gas heating.

There are four luxury sun beds, patio table and chairs available for use.
Pool towels are supplied.
